Lost that important file? Chances are we have a backup! You can restore old versions of files and recover most deleted files from backup.
- First, log into the CAEDM Account Manager.
- Then, click on CAEDM Web Restore.
- Next, you'll need to tell the WebRestore system where your file was located. If it was in a group folder, choose the group name from the list. If it was your own file, choose Home folder.
It may take a minute for the WebRestore system to load the list of files in backup, be patient and wait. It may take as long as 2 or 3 minutes for the page to appear.
- You should then be presented with a list of files and directories. Simply pick the files or directories you need, and click on restore.
Notes
WebRestore will take about an hour to restore your files. You will recieve an email notification once the files have been restored.
