- Group Mailing Lists is a system offered by CAEDM that allows a user to send mass emails to all members of a group quickly and efficiently. - Being able to send emails to several groups at once without having to copy and paste all of their emails to the recipient box.
- Setting security protocols defining who can send emails using the mailing list, and requiring editor's review to permit a mass email to be sent.
