NOTE: The ICA Client is not the preferred method for connecting to CAEDM. We encourage users to use the web interface at https://citrix.et.byu.edu
Installation - Windows/Mac
- Download and install XenApp Plugin
- Download the XenApp Plugin for Hosted Apps
- On the Select Client screen, set Program Neighborhood to install on the local hard drive. Citrix XenApp Web Plugin and Citrix XenApp Plugin are unnecessary.
- The rest of the settings may be kept as their default
Configuration - Macintosh
- Use Finder to go to Applications > Citrix ICA Client > Citrix ICA Client Editor
- Change the settings to look like the following screenshot (using your CAEDM username and password in the appropriate fields):
