Citrix ICA Client for Macintosh

NOTE: The ICA Client is not the preferred method for connecting to CAEDM. We encourage users to use the web interface at https://citrix.et.byu.edu

Installation - Windows/Mac

Download and install XenApp Plugin
Download the XenApp Plugin for Hosted Apps
On the Select Client screen, set Program Neighborhood to install on the local hard drive. Citrix XenApp Web Plugin and Citrix XenApp Plugin are unnecessary.
The rest of the settings may be kept as their default

Configuration - Macintosh

Use Finder to go to Applications > Citrix ICA Client > Citrix ICA Client Editor
Change the settings to look like the following screenshot (using your CAEDM username and password in the appropriate fields):
